Chromatic Harmony explores the process of creation through the concept of paint and color, symbolizing the moment when color is added to an idea, bringing it to life. Conceptually, the piece can be interpreted in various ways, all linked to how paint can transform a surface. One interpretation sees the flowing forms as dyes being poured into a can of paint, where colors intermingle and spark new ideas and possibilities. Another view suggests the image of mixing sticks, each dipped in paint, coming together to form a vibrant and harmonious system of color.

At its core, Chromatic Harmony also represents the corporate client’s community, its employees, partners, and customers, working together toward a common goal. Each component of the sculpture is unique, yet together they create a cohesive, beautiful whole. This reflects how individual voices and contributions, while distinct, blend to create a collective vision. The swirling, layered forms echo the continuous mixing and blending of ideas, symbolizing the pursuit of shared goals and the constant innovation that drives the company forward.

Three unique pieces were developed for the three elevator banks, each relating to different aspects of the company’s work including leadership, administration, and creative. The color palettes were developed collaboratively with the client to create strong visual impact in the space. The multifaceted and open-ended nature of the design allows for varied interpretations, making it a versatile and meaningful addition to its location. The vibrant swirls of Chromatic Harmony embody the idea of painting a brighter, more colorful world, representing creativity, collaboration, and the power of color.
